My Go-To Brush Cleaners
It's 2016, start cleaning your cosmetic brushes! Not cleaning your brushes = bacteria build up, & acne. Here’s a couple of solid brush cleaners that I use on a weekly basis. I've been loving my Vegan young coconut milk solid brush shampoo from @londonbrushco It's so easy to use & gets each brush clean in seconds! This conditions my brushes and keeps them in good shape #LondonBrushCompany makes these by hand using young coconut milk, tea tree extract, palm oil, and English lavender essential oil. You can purchase this at londonbrushcompany.com
#KorenZander also makes bomb solid brush cleaners in sweet scents. I have the cantaloupe scent and it smells good enough to eat! This soap is free of sulfates and is antibacterial. You can purchase this at www.morphebrushes.com
How I clean my brushes: I normally will take one brush at a time and run it under lukewarm water then I'll swirl it right into the solid brush cleaner. After a few swirls I'll give it a rinse under the water, using my fingertips to give it more of a thorough cleanse and then set the brush aside to dry.
